You Arrive At This Site
You can use the numerous built-in navigation features to search for the products you want including comprehensive category/product menu structures increasing your success of finding the products you want.

You can also use our Search facility - a highly customized product search engine.

You Find A Product You Are Interested In
You can view the detail of that product including product images when available and the options that apply to that product (ex: color, unit of measure, etc).

You Add a Product to the QuoteCart
Once you decide to you would like to request quote/pricing information on this product, you can choose options, adjust the quantity, and then add the product to the QuoteCart.

 Since our QuoteCart is fully integrated you will able to view what is in your QuoteCart and continue selecting products for your Quote Request.

You can navigate back to the QuoteCart from any page to start the send Quote Request process.

While viewing the cart, you can change the order quantity of each product, delete products, link back to the detail product page or continue to your previous page (as well as navigate from the menu systems).

You Start the Send Quote Request Process
When you are ready to send your Quote Request to us, click the "Submit Quote Request" link on the QuoteCart page.

Fill in your customer information. You can also fill in you relevant shipping information or check the "shipping is same" checkbox

You WILL NOT be asked for any payment information since this is a Quote Request ONLY and NOT an order.

If you are a returning customer, your information and shipping fields will already be filled out.

If all of the fields are valid, then you will be presented with the confirmation page.

The confirmation page is a recap your your QuoteCart contents and information.

At any point up until now, you can return to shop, return to previous pages or abandon the QuoteCart.

Once you come back to the QuoteCart, all of your information will be retrieved and will be used to pre-populate the forms.

You Complete the Send Quote Request Process
Once you click the confirmation button your Quote Request is processed and created.

Prior to the confirmation button being pressed, a Quote Request does not exist.

Once the Quote Request is created, you are sent a Quote Request confirmation via email.

This email contains the details of your Quote Request and a link to view your Quote Request online.

We recommend you keep this email since it contains your Request ID and other information should you need to contact us.

Our Sales Staff is notified via email of your Quote Request so they may begin to respond to your Quote Request.

Returning Customers
You are returning customer if you have previously filled out the Quote Request customer information form and not cleared the cookie from your browser.

When you fill out the Quote Request customer information form a cookie is created in your browser.

A database record is created that contains that information.

When you return, our QuoteCart looks for your cookie and then looks to see if there is a record in the database for that cookie.

If our QuoteCart finds a record, it populates the customer information from the database.

Customer records are completely separate from the Quote Request process and are only used to remember the customer's information/shipping information.

NO credit card information is stored with the customer information since NONE is created using our QuoteCart process.

When you go to the customer information screen, any previously filled-out fields are re-populated with the original data.

You can update or remove the data and re-submit the form (at which time the customer record is updated with the new data).

You can erase your previous customer/shipping information with one click.

You can completely remove your cookie and customer data by clicking on the Clear Cookies link.

We Respond to You
Once our knowledgable and experienced staff of landscaping supply professionals receive your Quote Request we will respond to you promptly via phone or email.
