Customer Service - Payment Terms
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TERMS: Cash unless credit approved. A 1 1⁄2% per month finance charge will be added to accounts over 60 days old (18% per annum).
All returned checks will have a $30 service charge added to the amount due.
We also accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, & AMEX
RETURNS: NO returns accepted on sod or nursery stock.
Brick & Block must be in full banded sections or pallets.
All return material must be in saleable condition.
A 15% Restocking fee will be assessed for all returns.
FOB delivered material may not be eligible for return.
Special order material is not eligible for return.
LOADING: Town & Country accepts no responsibility for drivers who fail in their responsibility for the condition of their trucks or proper loading and securing of their material on Town & Country property.
