Customer Service - Delivery Information

FORKLIFT	Forklift is available with most deliveries. Add additional $ for Forklift.
SHIPMENTS	Mix N Match Shipments may combine any product for shipment on the same truck. (15-20 pallets) or half-truck deliveries with stop off fee. Pallet quantity will vary depending on the weight of the products.
DIRECT SHIP	Quarry Stone - No forklift available - Full Semi is 23-24 tons. Brick & Block - Forklift available - 8 Pallet Minimum with $75.00 stop off fee
PALLETS	Town & Country will accept a pallet return and will credit customers at the rate of $2.50 for each good 48x40 4-way pallet. Pallets must be stacked and ready for return. Driver cannot wait for pallets to be sorted. Town & Country trucks will make the return if an independent trucker is used in outlying areas beyond a 90-mile radius of Chicago. Contact Town & Country on the next trip to the customer’s location. No pallet pick-up beyond 150 miles. Pallet deposit information can be found at the bottom of product pages where applicable. $15 deposit on sod pallets.
FREIGHT	Prepaid within 90 mile radius from Port of Chicago Facility Mix N Match. Other Call for quote. FOB Direct from Factory or Quarry. Call for Quote. We generaly use vendors rate unless we can beat it.
FUEL SURCHARGE	FUEL SURCHARGE MAY APPLY IN ADDITION TO EXISTING FREIGHT CHARGES DURING TIMES OF HIGH FUEL COSTS.
